[It was a good walk for Minato and he didn't quite remember if it would be the same for Hypnos so he left as soon as he finished getting dressed for the day. The summers in Nippon were no different than Japan, it seemed. He kept his clothes light and loose and hoped that the morning breeze had felt would keep on throughout the day.
He made his way to the restaurant in question, while dates were nothing new for Minato and he had gone on a few already, Hypnos was a bit different and he was quite excited even if it was just brunch. Also, he was hungry.]
[ It's easy to get places when you don't have to walk, and can just float there. As he approaches, he decides to let his feet settle on the ground and starts the rest of the way there. His own dress is loose and comfortable - an all red kimono.
He's slouching, and approaches as Minato does, lifting a hand up in a lazy wave. ]

[ He peeks into the restaurant and moves to open the door. ]
[Minato couldn't help the smile as he returned the wave and then followed the tall god inside.
It isn't too crowded despite the time of day, so Minato pointed to a table near one of the windows. It was a really neat fusion of West and East and their menu was already on the table behind some of the condiments. He handed one to Hypnos.]
[ Hypnos is far from a picky eater. He'll try and probably enjoy just about anything. So he takes the menu and glances over it for himself. He wants some fruit He glances over it, but he also wants to enjoy his company. ]

[ He seems amused by this, but he decides pretty quickly for himself on a pretty hearty sounding breakfast, but made sure to get fruit. ]
But I can see why. A lot looks good. I have to ask how often you come here?
[At least he was honest, Minato gave a small smile with a chuckle and set the menu down. He also chose a hearty breakfast, but with more meat on the side. The sweetness would come from the pancakes since those were berry filled.
A waitress noticed they had placed the menus down and took their order.]
I bet gods don't really need to eat, so will you be okay eating that much?
[ He snorts and laughs at Minato's reply. He doesn't think it's a bad thing, though. He thinks it's great that humans enjoy the things life has to offer them - including food. They should. ]
I will be fine. For me, it's not as much a necessity as it is a pleasure or joy. It'd be hard for me to overeat.
[ And if he doesn't eat it all, he doesn't eat it all. No big deal to him. He likes the chance to sample a lot of things, and he'll take it when the chance presents itself. ]
I'm still trying a lot of things and learning about a lot of foods. I like trying new things. I'm more impressed with your appetite.
