psl; thanatos. [ i've made a mistake ]
[ He shouldn't have done it. He knows that now. But Hera requested it and there were times where she was far more terrifying than Zeus. So, Hypnos had put him to sleep so that she could freely carry through with whatever revenge plan she had in mind (he hadn't asked a lot of details, he didn't need to know). And as soon as he had, he had taken to hiding behind Nyx, waiting for that moment where Zeus would strike out at him for what he had done. He had a small feeling that Zeus was waiting for that moment that Hypnos would separate himself from his mother and return to the poppy fields, which was one of his favorite locations. Part of him thought that if Zeus had truly wanted revenge, it would have happened already. The man as a brute and a literal force of nature.
And if he wanted to strike Hypnos, he was going to do it regardless as to where he was hiding himself.
It was an unavoidable consequence of his choice to do as Hera had requested.
But Zeus had managed to get him on one of his many journeys to be with mortals, engaging with them and assisting them with the goal of helping them obtain a peaceful night's sleep.
And that strike of lightning hit him at his very core. Every nerve was nearby was on fire, and all he recognized for those moments was pain. He's never felt anything like it in his life. He doubts he'll ever feel anything it again. He hopes he never feels anything like it again. The rest of his senses almost seemed to go numb, and the urge to sleep for days, weeks, months maybe hit him, too. Something he knows, something he loves, as if it would help him sleep away the worst of it.
It wasn't fading, either. He needed to get back to his favorite place - that cave of his. So that was where he brought himself. He'll stay here until he can regain enough sense to see others. ]

So when Thanatos presses into him, it's like the world's best flashback. Every touch brought back memory upon memory. He does his best to relax, which immediately is difficult it's been awhile.
But he does relax, and he does let out a long, drawn out moan. It comes from deep within him - it's so pleased that the sound is almost foreign to him - and certainly would be to his Twin. ]
You're so good. [ He utters. ] Keep going, Than.

It's been a long time since Thanatos felt anything real but here, like this, there are long-forgotten emotions slowly bubbling up under the surface solidified by his earlier anger towards Zeus' audacity. Softer, gentler feelings that are somehow more insistent in their wish to make themselves known.
He settles Hypnos' thighs against his hips and presses into him deeper, almost drawing out entirely before each plunge back inside the welcoming heat of his body. It's been so long. Too long.]
Is that... what you want... [Another kiss, softer and warmer this time.] Just like this..?
